Guido Rosales is a Cross-Cultural and Global marketing leader with more than 22 years of experience in developing and executing marketing strategies and programs for FMCG and technology companies.
Guido has established an industry reputation for changing the global marketing landscape embracing new technologies to achieve exponential growth for Brands. With his disruptive vision and meticulous approach, he has succeeded in building brand love and sustainable growth for some of the biggest brands in the world.
As Integrated Marketing Director for The Coca-Cola Company Europe and Latin America, he was in charge of communication strategy, integration plans (Own, Earn, Share and Paid media), marketing process and marketing structures, digital ecosystem (first Own Channel for the TCCC), Innovation Lab, Start Up Partnerships , content strategy and master brand communication strategy.
Guido was the most awarded executive at TCCC with more than 24 Cannes Lions awards helping TCCC to be Advertiser of the Year at Cannes in 2013, and he was responsible to achieved three years in a row Advertiser of the Year in Latin America in El Ojo Festival and Advertiser of the decade in EL SOL.
Prior to joining TCCC, he was the 360 Marketing Director for Motorola Mobile Devices Latin America, in charge of new product launches, marketing & content programs, partnerships, digital, research, media, and design. Also at Motorola he was the general manager for Chile and marketing manager for South Latin.
Before joining Motorola he was brand manager for Quilmes beer, the largest beer brand in Argentina.
