Registration details

  • Early bird registration rates will be possible until September 07,
  • Each participant needs to buy only one ticket.


Registration for the conference includes:

  • Admission to all scientific sessions of the conference,
  • Demos and poster sessions,
  • A conference bag,
  • 2 coffee break and lunch,
  • The conference dinner on Thursday, October 15th,
  • Exhibition of technology providers,
  • 10 euros discount on Expo ticket (only selecting EXPO ticket option in registration form)

Student status

Please send a scanned copy of your proof of student status (e.g., student ID card, letter of your professor, etc.) to .

In addition, please bring this proof with you to the registration desk at the conference.

Cancellation policy for individual registration & reservations:

If you have registered and cannot attend the conference, you must send us written notice of your cancellation and request for refund. The date of cancellation shall be the date the written request is received by the conference chair. Please provide the name of the registrant cancelling, you will then receive details on the procedure.

Cancellation Fees:

  • Till Monday, September 07th: 80% refund
  • Before Wednesday, September 30th: 50%
  • After Wednesday, September 30th: no refund granted
